(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, July 04, 2015 ) New York, NY -- Hexagear, maker of camera and cell phone accessories such as the VertiGo TL-40 Selfie stick, is bringing a new color variation to its already successful line. The "Platinum" edition, as they are calling it, is set to be released on July 15th. It will be for sale initially on Amazon.com.
"We are really excited," said Head of Design Chris Clayton. "Our customers have spoken. They want variety, and this is the first of many steps to get there." While the VertiGo TL-40 has been selling for some time, it has only been in 1 single color- Black. The Platinum edition adds a sleekness and exclusivity to the line. It is an alternative to most of the other selfie poles, which tend to be black only. "Of course, we will continue to promote our original product and flagship design," adds Clayton. "The Platinum is for those looking to stand out from the crowd, and to be different than the others."
The Platinum edition also comes with the ability to show off the full colored blue and white VertiGo logo. It wasn't a possibility with the black because only a white logo can be seen clearly enough on a black pole. Still, Hexagear knows the road doesn't stop there. "We are still a young company, " said CEO John Michaels. "We are still learning and growing with our customers, listening to their feedback. We hope to eventually have a line of different colors to add to the mix. We are very excited."
Hexagear notes that there will be further updates and pictures on their Facebook page.
