(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, July 20, 2015 ) Johannesburg -- The information officer of Café Enrista shared the selection of available coffee product components that South Africans will enjoy. The information officer of Café Enrista also explained that green coffee beans are the principal raw materials used for instant coffee. He also mentioned the countries that produce the best coffee, "Kenya, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, are the major coffee producers in the world. There are two types of coffee beans that are produced the Robusta and Arabica varieties that have specific climate needs."
He added, "Arabica beans usually produce an aroma that is aromatic while robusta coffee beans produce an extract with acidity. Café Enrista uses a variety of unique blend of primary instant coffee specially created to different aromas, strength and colour. A robust blend is for instance used when mixing up strong variants."
The Café Enrista information officer also explained the role of the creamer. "The creamer produces a creamy base as well as whitens. The creamer does not have any effect on the aroma of the coffee. Creamers are blend and are made from dairy sources and non-dairy. Dairy sources may include milk powder, skim milk powder, liquid milk and condensed milk. Ingredients that are used in these creamers have high milk protein, sugar and fat components."
He further explained that some dairy creamers added some strong flavours, "A coffee cup that include milk creamers make the coffee milky. Good examples of milky coffees are lattes. Coffee creamers that are non-diary in South Africa are made of corn syrup and deodorized vegetable oils as well as fewer quantities of protein. He noted that such a mixture makes the product completely blend and this has no effect on the tastes of the coffee as well as the aroma."
