That word came soon enough and a patch was offered in the form of an upgrade. The result after a few days is now the company is operating at full steam.

The reason being that any kind of issue with the computers or the machine can end up causing long term problems if neglected. Even manufacturers of assembly line machines recommend that businesses always contact the company in the event a glitch is experienced. So, Stunning Gadgets was probably advised to not put much load on the system until it was thoroughly checked and possibly upgraded by the company's own team. This took longer than expected but Stunning Gadgets has said that the wait was worth it because the machines have since then been upgraded. Plus, there was no urgent manufacturing deadline that had to be met.
"The decision to slow down manufacturing a few notches was made by our engineers it was based on the nature of the issue that we experienced. We experienced a crash which was attributed to our computers and even a problem with the machines that run the Pocket Chainsaw line. However, after a thorough examination and bringing everything back online there was still the possibility that the problem may have not been fully rectified. So, we called the company who is in charge of these machines and they took some time to send over their people in the meanwhile we slowed down everything. The upgrades needed to get things fully up and running are now complete. We thank everyone for their effort as we get back to our normal routine after close to a week." Now that Stunning Gadgets' facility is now up and running as always it will be interesting to see if the company is able to keep up with pending and increasing orders in the Survival Tools niche especially those which are reportedly coming from abroad.
