(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, September 12, 2015 ) Wilmington, Delaware -- The announcement comes hot on the heels of a report which claimed that Stunning Gadgets was taking unusually long to ship items to people who ordered customized gear. However, the company rubbished the claims in a recent blog post by claiming that the first batch has already been dispatched. Plus, the post goes on to talk about there not being a delay and that customers that placed orders were originally informed about how long the delivery would take. So, there are no complaints as assumed by some in the media.
Stunning Gadgets has often been praised for having the best customer service especially in the survival gear the industry. Just last year the company reported as few as 1% returns which Stunning Gadgets planned to further lower to around 0.2%. While the figures are certainly looking good for the company maintaining the figures as the orders grow is going to be a challenge. There are also many examples of businesses that are simply not able to keep up with demand. Even big businesses like Apple and Sony have been known to delay shipments often due to defects and other times because demand outstrips supply and manufacturing capacity by more 500%. That said the company has always maintained that there were no delays in shipping.
"We have not received a single email from people who have ordered customized survival gear from us. The reason being that the timeline was very boldly stated and people who purchased had to agree to that. We are perhaps one of the more transparent businesses today and have no reason to keep our clients in the dark. Our clients are even informed if there is a possible delay with all Survival Tools. So, I find it odd as to why people in the press think that we are not processing orders on time. If anyone can point me in the direction of a buyer who has been waiting for a long time and still not received his or her item as promised I would have the item sent to them for free." said the CEO for Stunning Gadgets "I think we shouldn't base our assumptions on rumors and with the internet everyone has an opinion."
Stunning Gadgets had originally given a three week time period to buyers in the US and six weeks to foreign buyers. Those three weeks are not up yet and so the shipment has certainly been dispatched on time and as expected.
