Unboxing KnockFlux iPhone 6 case from the Audacity genuine leather collection
(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, September 12, 2015 ) Pebble Beach, CA -- KnockFlux, a Pebble Beach young brand of luxury protective cases for the iPhone, has reached a major milestone today. It has reached customers in 100 cities across the United States. KnockFlux documented its reach in a Google map displaying a red pin for each American city to where the company has shipped its flagship case for the iPhone 6.
"Early on, we realized we were shipping cases all over the United States and wanted to have a better visualization of the breadth of our reach," said KnockFlux spokesperson. When KnockFlux first published the map on its Facebook page in July of 2014, there were less than 20 cities mapped. Since then the company's reach has increased at a fast pace and today the Pebble Beach company is celebrating 100 cities. The first city we shipped to was Dublin, Ohio, back in March" remembers KnockFlux spokesperson, "and today we count Henderson, Nevada as the 100th city."
When asked if anything on the map surprised the leadership, KnockFlux spokesperson commented that they had not expected to see so many small cities. "We were expecting to see a concentration of purchases in big cities located on the west and east coasts such as New York City and San Francisco," said the spokesperson. "But what surprised us was to see so many small cities right in heartland states such as Tennessee, Georgia, Kansas, and Texas among others. Despite being the nation's fastest-growing state over the last year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, North Dakota is absent from the map. Also interesting is the absence of Alaska and Hawaii. When asked about that, KnockFlux spokesperson limited his response to speculating about high shipping costs.
To celebrate the milestone, KnockFlux has also published an infographic showing the company's reach across the U.S. continental states. Not surprisingly, the distribution of cities on the map somewhat follows state population ranking. California, the nation's most populous state with 38.8 million residents, came in first, followed by Texas, the second most populous state with 27 million, followed by Florida, third most populous state with 19.9 million. The fourth state on the map is Virginia, not one of the most populous state, but the 10th state with the largest numeric population increase in 2014.
