(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, October 16, 2015 ) Wilmington, Delaware -- Stunning Gadgets has said that the reason for bringing in the robots is to improve production and also cut costs. Though the company's product supply is currently up to what is needed, the experts at the company foresee the need to increase production. But with increased production will come a higher cost per product. The end result would be lower margins or probably the prices going up to retain present margin levels. Which is why the company is considering bringing some of the most expensive and high tech robots onboard to produce the new Solar Panel Power Bank and phone gadgets.
Buying a manufacturing robot is not as simple or straightforward as some people may think. Not all robots are the same and at times the high price of the machines need to be justified by increased return on investment. According to experts businesses that plan to produce over a million units a week of any given product would justify purchasing a robot or robots. But Stunning Gadgets currently does not have the kind of sales at the moment to justify the expense. However, insiders at the company reveal that the company predicts that demand for many products will quadruple by 2017 hence the need for robots to increase production and lower costs in the long term.
"Manufacturing robots are a big part of the tech industry. Any business that wants to go beyond a certain manufacturing threshold will need to buy and use a couple of high-tech robots. However, in our case we see the robots as machines that will handle many of the mundane tasks, and because we have a lot of them, the productivity will increase as a result. Plus robots do not make mistakes with mundane tasks which is why quality will increase too. That said people who fear that we may then lay off our employees are mistaken. As a matter of fact we are looking to hire more people for the plant during sometime late 2016." said the CEO for Stunning Gadgets "We have agreed on bringing robots to the company but have not decided on which ones or our budget. That's something we will discuss in coming months."
Stunning Gadgets currently boasts of having over three dozen employees and everything is manufactured in the US. Unlike, other businesses that have decided to outsource manufacturing to cheaper countries like China and Taiwan.
