That said the company did hint at the possibility that the option has been discontinued or paused temporarily. One reason cited by some industry experts is that the company is working on rolling out a brand new feature along with a series of new products. But even that does not explain why the company has decided to roll back a service which has managed to rake in hundreds of dollars extra for the company.
It is not uncommon for businesses to discontinue a feature or option even if it is one of the best gadgets. The idea for businesses to scale back is to mainly open up the space for a feature that is better and more flexible than the previous one, which holds the potential to pull in more buyers. Though the company has not announced the new option or talked much about why the existing one was discontinued one thing is for sure that Stunning Gadgets has something in the works. There are also reports that the company may have discontinued the feature for the time being keeping in mind that there is a lot more work to be done during the weeks leading up to Christmas which have been shown to be the busiest.
"We have decided to pause the option or an added feature on our website for a limited time. There are a number of things we are working on and so we think right now the feature should be paused. However, we cannot comment about if there is going to be a better feature introduced soon. That said I would like to say that we are constantly working on improving the user's experience and providing people with better options. Stunning Gadgets has plans to introduce a number of new items, but there is no news of any customization option being introduced. However, insiders are pretty sure that the company will not let such a lucrative and popular feature simply fade into oblivion, so the halt is being seen as temporary.
