(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, February 13, 2015 ) Secor, IL -- In the third quarter of 2014 when Panther Creek Trading Company was brainstorming over the options for the "next product" to launch, the decision wasn't as easy as many might think. The number of new product offers was unlimited. The research available was mind boggling. The alternative tie-ins to the existing product line were numerous. It is difficult to know which way to turn. How could the company predict which specific product would be "the one" that customers would embrace? And which product would the market value enough to, not only purchase, but also "brag about" enough to spawn organic referrals who would also purchase and value enough to…repeat the process.
Suddenly the light bulb came on, and the question was asked: "Why not ask our current customers"?
It was almost too obvious to make the short list of recommended approaches! And, of course, more time and resources would be required to do this properly, but the company already had developed a lot of communication and rapport with a large base of customers, so the survey was prepared and sent to the market base.
The feedback came quickly. It was enlightening, uplifting, inspiring and most of all, conclusive. The customers wanted another USB device charger that was quality made, powerful, reliable, but also small and light enough to carry in a shirt or pants pocket without being a nuisance or burden.
Based on this input direct from the customer base, Panther Creek Trading Company was able to launch a new product that would meet all these requirements: the PantherPower Mini charger. The "Mini" weighs in at only 2.5 ounces and measures only 3.5 inches x 1.5 inches, but carries a hefty 2,600mAh load with "smart battery" over/under charge protection.
