The customer in the how-to video goes on to express how user-friendly the charging device has proven to be. The power bank easily turns on by pressing the touch-panel power button. "All you have to do is press the power button on the touch panel, and you'll see the words POWER light up in blue," says the video customer.
Once the device is powered on, users can plug their USB charging cable (from their mobile devices) into one of the USB charging ports. The device features two USB ports, one is a 2.1 amp and the other is 1 amp. The 2.1 amp port charges at a faster rate, so this port should be primarily used (especially to charge larger devices such as tablets). The second port (1 amp) serves as a secondary charging station when the user wants to charge two devices simultaneously.
The PowerJak™ charger is super powerful, capable of fully charging mobile devices 3-4 times (although some verified buyers have testified to up to 10 full charges).
The LED power indicator lets users know when the device needs to be recharged.

"The word POWER is actually a five LED gauge," said a verified purchaser. "Each letter is 20%, so if all five letters light up when you press the power button, it's at 100% capacity.
