The Best Property Management Company in Johannesburg

(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, June 07, 2015 ) Johannesburg -- Fitzanne Estates public relations officer warned the public to be aware of dubious home inspectors. He comments, "More people now rely on, Google to find any services that they are looking for online by simply googling. If people have a choice to get a service online fast and avoid travelling to a company's location to enquire.

It is an obvious case that they would choose the easy online route of carrying out tasks. Although the internet does offer a lot of advantages and makes life easy it does have its disadvantages. For instance, it gives online fraudsters an opportunity to take advantage of individuals who are not sceptical."

The public relations officer adds, ''When it comes to acquiring property management services or any service it is always good to first conduct some research so as to establish, if the property company you are dealing with is legitimate. Some online fraudsters do appear to be the real and they may have websites stating their services. Do not be fooled anyone can create a website and use it to conduct illegal activities. It is important for the public to know the signs and signals of online fraudsters.

Avoid dealing with companies that require money first before delivering their service. If you have got extra time, rather go to the physical location of the company. It is much better to deal with people in person rather than virtually. Always ask for referrals from others at least you will have some background information that the property firm you are dealing with as has a proven track record of helping other clients.

Sometimes it's best to deal with a property company that is well established and has been servicing the public for years like Fitzanne Estates. It is also vital for the public to know the legislation governing the service provider they are dealing with, so as to know if, the service they are offering is out of their limitations.''

The public relations officer continues, ''The Estate Agency Board recently proposed that a Property Practitioners Bill must be created to regulate the home inspection industry. This bill will help set up rules that must be followed and it will help differentiate between dodgy inspectors and real inspectors. This move will help prevent online fraudsters from taking advantage of the public. A Regulation body is important because it will ensure that the public is protected legally. It will set up standards, requirements and restrictions that will govern the property industry."

A property agent who spoke comments anonymously, ''the regulation of the home industrial is essential, the bill should make the roles of home agents and inspectors much clearer. The proposed bill is set to replace the E AA Act No. 112 that was established in 1976. It will administer the residential property industry. The proposed bill reveals that it will deal with increasing the powers of the inspectors. Eliminating unlawful market practices. Legislating the transformation of the sector and enforcing tax compliance. These are some of the factors the bill will focus on amongst other vital aspects. The proposed bill should also focus more on ensuring that all practitioners are certified."

The property agent continues, "It is also important for all major players in the property industry to be aware of all pending legislation. Why? Well, this is because the pending legislation is bound to have an impact on the everyday administration of the property sector such as the Regulation of Land Holdings Bill as well as the Property Sector Charter."

The Fitzanne Estates public relations officer noted, ''We would like to urge the public to be very cautious and always to make sure that before hiring a property home inspector they conduct some basic research. Make sure that the property firm that you are dealing with is legit and established. So as to get a full, true report of the property you want to sell or buy and avoid getting ripped off.
