We are releasing the GoPro tripod. During this time, the Director of Marketing had just finished the launch of another GoPro accessory and was very aware that updated data would be released. At that time, the Director of Marketing said, "The GoPro tripod hit the market earlier this year within the week. The foundation has been laid for this product to be as successful as the smaller case was for us last year. Of course, most of this we owe to customer satisfaction and product design."
It is not uncommon for a company to struggle when multiple products are released into the market. In business schools, this is noted as growing too quickly.
