But there were rumors circulating that Stunning Gadgets was about to launch an IPO soon. Many so called gurus called the IPO a good idea despite the fact that company executives denied any such idea being on the table. Now the company has come out with an official press release stating that an IPO was never a serious consideration though it was discussed multiple times.
IPOs have over the years helped many budding tech companies go that extra mile to secure funding with no strings attached. Many IPOs like those of Facebook did face a bit of competition which resulted in prices fluctuating but at the end of the day it helped the business get enough money to become increasingly competitive. While many may have assumed that an IPO was something that Stunning Gadgets would consider the company has said that it's not the type of investment that is needed. The company wants investors who understand the business so that communication lines can remain open and the investor understands where the business stands instead of feeling frustrated when progress slows down.

However, thinking out of the box and coming up with solutions takes time and effort. It also takes a great deal of money, and sometimes for us to recover our investment. That said while good investment will certainly help us a great deal, we are seeing more than just a financial investment. IPOs may work for some businesses but not for us. So, even though it was discussed as a possible option many times we never seriously considered it. So, there is no chance that you'll see a Stunning Gadgets IPO anytime soon." said the finance manager for the company.
Stunning Gadgets is currently considering a number of investors. The company has said all investors who have shown interest in the company are excellent in terms of credentials. However, a couple of more weeks is required to whittle down the prospects to the few the companies who will consider to be a part of the board and obviously decision makers in almost all aspects of the business, especially in the Survival Tools niche.
